Staff were courteous and took real time to understand what I actually needed. Booking was straightforward and the confirmation arrived within a couple of minutes. Pricing was transparent with no surprise charges at the end, which I appreciated. Small hiccup with my order, but they fixed it the same day without any fuss. Overall it was a very positive experience and the rating reflects that.

I had to chase them twice before anyone responded to my original request. Their support line answered quickly and the person actually resolved my issue. Small hiccup with my order, but they fixed it the same day without any fuss. Based on this experience I would think twice before using them again.
