I had to chase them twice before anyone responded to my original request. Communication broke down after payment, which soured an otherwise fine experience. Staff were courteous and took real time to understand what I actually needed. Delivery took longer than quoted, but they proactively offered a small discount. Based on this experience I would think twice before using them again.
