Ardova Plc is a leading indigenous and integrated energy company in Nigeria, specializing in the procurement and distribution of petroleum products, lubricants, and renewable energy solutions. It operates an extensive network of over 450 retail outlets across the country. Formerly known as African Petroleum Plc and Forte Oil Plc, the company changed its name to Ardova Plc in 2019. It was delisted from the Nigerian Exchange in July 2023 after a voluntary buyout by Ignite Investments & Commodities Limited, its majority shareholder.
