Rank (formerly Moni) is a Nigerian community-powered fintech company that digitizes traditional African savings and credit systems (like Ajo, Esusu, and Adashe) to provide inclusive financial services to individuals and small businesses. As part of its evolution from primarily a lending platform, the company rebranded from Moni to Rank in November 2025 and acquired AjoMoney (a digital group savings platform) and Zazzau Microfinance Bank (now Rank Microfinance Bank). These acquisitions provide a regulatory foundation for offering a full suite of licensed banking services, including accepting deposits.
